Information you choose to share

When you contact QOVIGEN LLC, we receive the information you include in your email, such as your name, email address, organization and project description. We use it to respond to your enquiry, assess project fit and administer any services you request.

How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form prepares a message locally in your browser and opens your email application. The form does not itself submit or store the entered details on our website. You choose whether to send the email through your email provider.

Website operation

This website is hosted on Vercel. Requests to the website may generate technical records, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, used to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website.

Access and retention

Enquiry correspondence is accessed for responding to you and managing our business relationship. Relevant service providers may process information when needed to provide hosting, email or business administration. We retain correspondence as needed for the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Project data

Please do not send patient records, sensitive personal information or confidential research datasets through an initial enquiry. Data requirements and appropriate sharing arrangements should be agreed as part of the project scope.
